Vinyl Displays – Installation Guide

Overview
School Walls Vinyl Displays are designed to provide a flexible, reusable backdrop for classroom and corridor displays. They are intended for use on existing display boards and allow teachers to easily update children’s work throughout the year.

The vinyl is durable, wipe-clean and suitable for repeated use.

Installation method

Step 1: Position the vinyl

  • Unroll the vinyl display and allow it to relax flat.
  • Position it centrally on your existing display board.

Step 2: Secure in place

  • Starting at the top edge, staple the vinyl to the board.
  • Work from the centre outwards to keep the display straight.
  • Smooth the vinyl as you go to avoid creases or ripples.

Step 3: Finish the edges

  • Staple down the remaining sides and bottom edge.

Using your display

  • Children’s work can be attached using tack.
  • Displays can be updated regularly without removing the vinyl.
  • When not in use, the vinyl can be removed, rolled and stored for future use.
