Cancellations and Refunds

If you choose to cancel your order, please note that no refund will be issued once production work has commenced. As all products are made to order, any work already carried out to produce your goods is non-refundable.

Where an order has been dispatched and a delivery attempt has been made, any subsequent re-delivery will be subject to an additional delivery charge.

We do not offer refunds for goods that arrive damaged. However, we will arrange a replacement only where the following conditions are met:

  • The goods are signed for as “damaged” on the courier’s delivery note at the time of delivery; and
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage is provided to us; and
  • We may request that the damaged goods are returned to us for inspection before a replacement is authorised.

Refunds or free reprints will not be provided where dissatisfaction relates to colour accuracy, unless there has been a prior written agreement to colour-match against a physical sample that has been approved by the customer before production.
