Welcome to School Walls – Colour Your Curriculum. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • This website is owned and operated by School Walls (“we”, “us”, “our”).
  • Our products include Learning Boards (rigid panels) and Vinyl Displays (flexible prints).
  • All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of School Walls and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

2. Ordering

  • Orders may be placed online or by contacting us directly.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
  • Bespoke/custom designs require written approval of proofs before production begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to schools across the UK.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the product and design. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Installation

  • Learning Boards: must be installed securely by a competent installer using appropriate fixings.
  • Vinyl Displays: are designed to be stapled or attached to existing display boards.
  • We accept no liability for improper installation.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged on delivery.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 working days of receipt, with photographic evidence.
  • A replacement will be processed and sent out to you.

7. Bespoke Designs

  • For bespoke/custom orders, proofs will be sent for approval before production.
  • Once approved, no changes can be made, and replacements cannot be issued unless the item is faulty.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
